    • Outreach & Community Engagement:

      • Led outreach to local community agencies to host the Community Agency Expo.

      • Incorporated past attendee feedback to implement successful changes.

  • Key Project Challenges

    • Establishing Foundations (Year 1): Onboarding quickly as a newcomer to the area required intensive self-directed research into FGCU internal resources and local community agency outreach to establish event partnerships.

    • Feedback to Action (Year 2): Developing a system for effectively analyzing and applying past attendee feedback to inform and drive promotional strategies for greater event success.

  • My work on Adaptive Sports Day was a crucial step in shaping my design philosophy. The need to create multi-lingual, FGCU-approved flyers and train staff on accessibility protocols taught me that design is advocacy. This entire project gave me a strong footing in Instructional Design, demonstrating the essential link between creating clear, effective content and championing inclusivity for the disability community.
